Retold

So, about a year and a half ago now, I got one of these…

The truth is, I love it!!  I’ve never loved a piece of technology more.  It’s still running in fantastic condition and it still get’s upwards of 6 hours battery life, 7+ hours when the WiFi’s off.  I love it so much, I bought one for Matt a few months ago, and he loves his, too!  I tell everyone they should buy it.  There’s just one problem… I keep getting email’s about laptop deals and it’s making me want to upgrade.  I wrote an article the other day about the Asus Eee PC and that, also, made me want to upgrade.  I’m so susceptible to suggestion and marketing.  I won’t upgrade right now, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to!  I just keep telling myself I need to save the money to move and moving is more than enough motivation for me to save.  So, no new netbook for me, even if I do continue to get awesome Dell email deals.  Not going to pretend, it’s not easy to resist the allure of one of these babies!
