I saw something interesting online this morning.  I also saw something infuriating, but I’ll probably talk about that on my other blog.  Both things have to do with health care.  The interesting thing was that in North Carolina it’s possible to get short term health insurance NC is really thinking!  You can get this short term health insurance for students, self-employed, those who need it to cover a gap in coverage, things like that.  From what I can tell, it’s also pretty reasonable.  I wish they had something like that in Texas.  You can get student health coverage here, but it’s NOT cheap, nor is it very good.  Hopefully, next year when I’m working as a GA (fingers crossed) I’ll finally have health insurance!
